2. Description of Services
App Jungle provides various mobile applications (e.g., The Mindset, Vibe, Trackr). These services are provided "as is" and "as available." We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our apps at any time.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our apps, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, and code, are the exclusive property of App Jungle and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4. User Obligations
You agree not to:
- Use the apps for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile any part of the apps.
- Harrass, abuse, or harm other users.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall App Jungle be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our applications.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
